Merchant User Guide
Download and log in to the APP:
Download the “Chuanbao” APP from the app store and register a login account with your mobile phone number or email address.
Set up store information:
Enter the “Store Management” page, fill in the basic information of the store, and upload the store logo and profile to improve the store display.
Manage menus and dishes:
Add a dish in “Menu Management” and set information such as name, price, and category. Dishes can be edited or removed at any time to ensure accurate menu information.
Generate a table number QR code:
Generate a unique QR code for each table (such as table 1, table 2, etc.) in “Table Number Management”, print the QR code and paste it on the corresponding table.
View and manage orders in real-time:
After a customer places an order, the order is automatically displayed on the “Order Management” page, and the merchant can process each order in order, which is convenient to view and manage, and ensure efficient delivery.
Customer use process
Scan the QR code on the table:
When customers arrive at the store, they can scan the QR code on the table to enter the menu page, and they can order directly online without having to download another app.
View menus and place orders:
The customer selects the dish, sets the quantity, confirms the order, submits it, and waits for the food to be served, all without the need for a waiter.
Real-time order status:
